Exhibitor passes are single payments for a set time, with no automatic renewal — so you never pay for months you didn't choose.
- Changed your mind? Full refund within 7 days of buying, if no exhibition has opened under the pass.
- A pass that hasn't started yet (bought while another pass was running): full refund any time before it starts.
- Once exhibitions are open: time already used is not refunded. If something on our side kept your exhibitions from opening or working for more than 48 hours, we add the lost days to your pass or refund them.
- 3D add-on: refundable within 7 days if no 3D work was added.
- Codes and free passes have no cash value.
- How: Dashboard › Exhibitor pass, or [support contact]. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Chargebacks: please contact us first; a disputed payment pauses the pass while it is reviewed.
