Scheduling times to meet visitors

In your exhibition, open Meet the artist and add a day and time (New York time), how long, and optionally repeat it on following days. In a group show, choose which artists will be there. Visitors who say they'll join get reminders on the day and an hour before. Cancel a time and everyone who joined is told.
